Mark Bailey is the Managing Partner of Bailey Nicholson Grayson and Supervising Solicitor for the Prison law Department.

He has been a solicitor since 1994, a Duty Solicitor since 1996 and has been a High Court Advocate since 2002.

Mark has represented clients in both Magistrates Court and Crown Court proceedings throughout that time and covering the full range of investigations from simple motoring offences up to Murder and complex fraud/conspiracies.
